| Corgi have
asked us if any member can help them increase the motor sport and other
specialist vehicle presence within their 1:43 scale Vanguard range,
member Ed Glaister has now had a model of his Ford anglia 100E released.
Corgi are particularly looking for cars that have some standout history,
either use by a 'works' motorsport department when they were new, or
cars that have a notable career later in their lives, perhaps in the
Classic motorsport world. The list contains light commercial vehicles as
well and this has been done on purpose as the motor racing world would
not exist without support vehicles. Corgi would be equally interested in
hearing from people who know of a well livered and historically
noteworthy support vehicle that they have a mould for, for instance Mk1
Transit, Mini Van or Land Rover.
